The problem is that most shareholders don't appreciate how long it takes to onboard at these companies and how slow they are to implementing new systems.

This has been a problem since 2017 so it isn't new. I think the company has come a long way since then - share price is still the same (range trade from 4-7 cents) but can't disagree with frustrated shareholders including myself.

Just needs to be more transparent with reporting i.e. not reporting ACV/ARR isn't getting a good response. It be better if they reported A$10m ARR and btw out of the [x] contracts, [y] contracts don't have a specified/quantifiable ARR number and will pay as they go etc.
