CEO just does not want to take responsibility for selling an inflated ACV and explaining the delta to what has to be a lower ARR (if shareholders ever get to see that number in the foreseeable future)

IF he treats customers as poorly as he has shareholders (in terms of more fluff than results), you can understand why clients are cancelling or just not paying
