That’s what I’ve started to understand. And I only got there by chasing down people in the sector who’ve used a selection of products. Data is being uploaded, no insights are generated, people go well this is dumb, contracts aren’t renewed. Nowhere near the Dev size required quickly roll out a suit of powerful analytics. And, while there might have been a good idea there, others are doing it a lot (simply) faster.

As I understand, quite a few of the “partnerships” have fallen off as the platform doesn’t do what was promised.

Again this is first hand info which I’m willing to believe. Only so long you can sell a use case (which I take it were wrapped into ACV) and not convert into lasting contracts.
