Great that you're keeping an eye on the website but as discussed before, i would not expect to get any kind of early warning from a government site run for public record/informational purposes only. They've got no incentive to be speedy.
As far as i can recall, nobody here seems to know/share if BNL (and thence ASX) would or would not get an update direct from Colorado before it's posted on the website. That's plausible, i can't see that Colorado is bound to follow any particular disclosure protocols. Just as likely their procedure is to shoot an 'It's ready' email to BNL then update the website overnight or whenever.Who knows.
Maybe that character earlier who is stressing out over the price (but not held for a year) could buy a few shares and then just watch the ASX rather than the Colorado site. I can pretty much guarantee that any news on the permit will show on ASX (or OTC) first.
