after going to the BNL agm, my take on the COGCC organisation and website is that they are dealing more with Govt/Dept policy changes than worrying about keeping joe public up to date. I took it as positive news that they have given BNL feedback on their application and our permitting team are working through the 2 or 3 points raised.. (i.e. one of areas was to do with certain wildlife that is on the land). Personal experience of Govt agencies in Australia is no different....submitted a planning application end of April and theres nothing on their website yet and ive had 0 feedback.
