Yep, nailed it, Baku too ... so that's the way it works ... these bludgers do their time on a retainer waiting for a management change ... grab the steering wheel then put their hands out for a market salry and only then think about releasing the good news they've been sitting on all this time ... knew there had to be a better explanation than just boring old time elapsing between events.
