Nice one Murray!! The Doc number is a document number - different to the Hearing Docket Number (which hasn't changed). But this is a new document. An Ammended Application - with updates that I assume are based on feedback from COGCC. The main points of update are:
- Applicant has provided LasAnimas County with updated drawings and documents for the Location. LasAnimas County has not objected to the Location - tick!
- On June 29, 2021, following an onsite visit of theLocation, SLB (Colorado State Land Board - the surface owner) found the Location to be satisfactory - tick!!
- In June 2021, pursuant to the SLB’s request, CPW (Colorado Parks and WIldlife) reviewed all ofSection 16 (location of our site) to identify any wildlife recommendations or concerns and did notobject to the Location - tick!!
I am very surprised they didn't do a market announcement about this. As a non-resources guy, I thought the fact that these parties don't object is a pretty big deal??
All-in-all very positive, as there are no other external parties that need to be consulted. I'll keep an eye out on the various other approvals that will be completed in the lead up. As a reference, this is the status as of now...
