    First time poster so here goes...

    It mentions that all permits will have been submitted by end of Q3 2021 which by my calculation is Sept 30th. If the first permit application is due to be approved at the end of August 2021, then I'm assuming all permits will be submitted within the next month?

    Now is definitely a time to stock up at these low prices! DYOR
