You may be right - though I hope the hearing is just a quick admin approval (hopefully an approval). I doubt it would be like a trial - more of the application being presented and a quick exchange of the pros and cons. It i, after all, a permit to drill for helium. Can't be too many environmental concerns involved. Also, most of te peper work is completed and the application would have already gone through the processes that have not found any outstanding application issues.
Hearing is on the 14th and I would be surprised if the decision does not come on that day - and at the latest Friday US time. Maybe I am being too optimistic. Maybe there is a gazettal period of a few weeks. I still think we are in for some positive news by the end of next week.
