We have a three day turnaround in our office - and that is actually set down as the rule. Maybe they need to do other things that we don't such as criminal checks etc that would extend the time out - we have a really simplified operation requirement where I work so it would be silly to suggest a 3 day limit in Colorado - BUT, the process will be a tried and tested one and should not take that much time. They seem to have an average 4 month turnaround so we can go by that. Again, that just reinforces the point that all 3 permits should have been applied for at the same time. Individually, it would be 12 months as a minimum putting them in individually. That makes no sense at all.
