good questions indeed - but there seems to be some renewed activity finally so maybe we will start an upward trend.
We all questioned th "rolling" permit applications but again, maybe this first one was to test how the process worked and the time it took the process to take. Lets hope the applications come faster once the first one is approved.
Time is money after all.
