Sorry Footmax but there was no hearing on the 14th. As reported by BrettskiScorpio, the date against the application is just a 3 month date automatically put in by the COGCC on every application. Probably a date they would hope to process our application by. I have watched both meetings/hearings held on the 13th and 14th via their Youtube channel. The 13th was a Training hearing and the 14th was a very long meeting (5 hours) of Public Comment (None of them very complimentary towards the COGCC) and other agenda items. Nothing to do with Blue Star Helium. If you happen to watch both meetings, you will see the COGCC are going through a change of rules and applications are being delayed. For those that post on here (not you Footmax) that the permit should have been approved by now, need to watch a few of these COGCC videos.....they will soon realise what we are up against.
Brettskiscorpio I'm sure will be along shortly with any updates on our application but we are still in July and we still have over 2 months left of this 3rd Quarter to be approved.
