i think it started months ago (April) as we have ticked quite a few boxes off on the COGCC website (as per Brettskiscorpio post earlier this month). However, if you watch the early part of the 14th's hearing on youtube, you will probably begin to understand some of the delays that are possible. Especially the public comments. have a listen to some of the complaints from local residents. I would hate to work for the cogcc.
