haha if i didn't know the history here i'd treat that as a joke ... so you suggest mothball the enterprise, send everyone home (paid? i guess you'd rather not) until an external event happens and then what? re-hire them?

Let me write the script for that scenario ... 'What's wrong with BNL management? They've got the permit and now they can't re-hire the people??'
