    Best place to drill is in the ground - anywhere - and that can't happen until BNL gets its first permit to drill.

    Waiting for that is harder than I ever imagined it would be. Hope it comes into being shortly.

    I have hungry magpies to feed. They deserve a break through on the permit front.
