Good movement again today and the Buyers are nearly at 4:1 against the sellers.
Had a look at the COGCC website and I believe our Public Comment date MAY of been brought forward. I seem to remember someone posting a date of the 25th or 26th Sept but it's now saying Midnight 18th ......so only 5 more days and there has still been no public comments. See below.
I'm aware that the hearing date is set for the end of October but my own gut feeling is this will not be required. However, there are definitely more people in this forum with a better handle on the COGCC and the process from here. DYOR
