I'm thinking if no public comments, then yes, we will move forward with the final submission requirement that has an approx 30 day period and we potentially will have an approved drilling permit in Oct.
As for the CR, i dont believe that will happen until we get the first set of results. We have enough money to drill, its the production and subsequent distribution that would create a CR. SP will rise after approval, and then again after drilling commences and more drilling permits are submitted and approved. Its the results that will drive this Helium rocket into the sky.....(sorry....couldnt resist)
