So with only a few hours to go and no public comment, safe to say we've passed another stage. The 'public comment' date was definitely brought forward to the 18th.
So from here on in, there's a best and worse case scenario for when the permit is granted. Best case, we submit the final permit to drill form on Monday and we have a drill permit approval within 30 days(assuming the COGCC say there is no need to wait for a hearing. Worst case, Hearing is end of Oct and we get the approval sometime in November. Either way, still time to load up at a cheap price. I said over a month ago, helium & uranium are where its at. .....but as always.....DYOR
