Sounds like a good prediction to me I suspect that early good drilling results might get us close to your 450mil MC much earlier.
I do get the feeling that, after all the time taken to get the permit, that BNL is like a fully stretched rubber band and that SP will jump on the permit announcement and good drilling results. We my only have to wait another six months for the SP to go to a much higher point.
