But there is no approved, nor pending Form 2A (Location Permit) at the site. Nothing has been shared with the public for their 30 days to comment. So, no...the clock is not ticking at all!
Perhaps your very good authority can explain to us where the Form 2A is, and how BNL submitted a drilling permit without it...?
