WELL.. IF YOU ARE NOT A LONG TERM INVESTOR.. have a short term focus.. do not understand how big the market is for the company products etc is .. how much growth they have to them .. and how much the share price would be by this growth .. then yes.. take a dollar today instead of multiple dollars not too far away .. DEEL will be laughing at the price.... and the premium to market ..?? well.. anyone who understands the company knows its way undervalued today so a lot of this "premium" is actually a bit of smoke... sell out is short term gain for long term pain.. anyway .. each to their own...
