Although I have to say that while I've seen plenty of bidding wars break out when the initial offers kicked off at 15% or 20% premiums, for a bidding war to break out after the opening bid came in 174% above last close, would be something to behold:

I agree it is unlikely, however Deel Inc is a business expanding its platform and customer base.

ADP has a lot to lose with this global startup now biting away at its revenues. Mark Samlal would be a great addition to the Deel business. Paygroup was slowly gaining market share across Asia Pacific countries, this acquisition should accelerate this process.
