Although I have to say that while I've seen plenty of bidding wars break out when the initial offers kicked off at 15% or 20% premiums, for a bidding war to break out after the opening bid came in 174% above last close, would be something to behold:

Given they've already entered into the scheme I would say the prob is extremely low.
