Well, investing is also taking into consideration how much time it might take to reach whatever pie-in-the-sky valuation one seeks to ascribe, and whether better investment alternatives currently exist.

I suspect it might take more than just a year two for the company to be valued... uh... "conservatively" at $300m.

well.. that all depends on your vision .. and understanding... on over $40m ARR that ttey now have .. after CAC on this and spend on setting Co up etc that will now drop off .. what is current underlying NPAT for that ..?? and sales pipeline now running at 7X last years number ... and accelerating .. once gone you'll never know ..
