i think in the weeks to come alot of multi national accounting firms will be running the numbers on PYG and may offer a higher price, we all know if PYG stayed listed and it kept growing its customers base, it would be a $4-$5 stocks in the next few yrs, surely another big firm can see this and could easily offer $1.20-$1.50 for PYG, knowing in 5yrs PYG will be making millions.
We know we will get at least $1, so why sell on market now when a rival bid could come any time.
