yes... why sell now as you say... I'm waiting for more developments hopefully so we'll see what happens.. if shareholders only knew just what on current signed ARR of $42m ..?? ( at end of this quarter.. ) the NPAT and EBITDA was on this taking out CAC on this revenue and the cost reductions on all the foundational spend on IT, platform, product development, staff recruitment and GPP set ... I think they would be quite surprised and see this cynical go private ploy form the Board for what it is...
