The market cap of Paygroup is very small compared to larger players. A larger player will likely bid the price up or Paygroup are just to small to even look at.
I believe Paygroup would be a good buy for a larger company in the payroll space, particularly ADP. The software platform set up is very good and would help a larger player improve their product offering to market.
Note, there are no guarantees with this and it is likely that this takeover will proceed at the current cheap price.
