So, in order to qualify for share issuance, H&S in fy24 generated $3.35mill of Moroka and the agreement expects H&S to purchase at least $8mill between 1st July '24 and 30th June '25 to qualify for 1mill shares - so less then 6months to go for $8mill sales announcement.
Then a further uptick of expected sales between $19mill and $25mill between 1st July '25 and June '26 for H&S to qualify for further shares of between 1 and 3 million.
Sounds like the company expects a pretty decent uptick in Moroka dollar sales volumes - $3.35mil to $8mill and then from $8mill at least $19mill. And the share price is only up around 8% on the news?
