At a glance,
(1) We do not need to worry about any liquidity issue in the future. Over 500m shares issued mean (a) it is very likely no positive cash generating financial situation in the past.
(b) strictly, for almost 10 years the company has survived by only investors raised hard earned money but not earned itself.
(2) Nonetheless, in light of company's extremely promising projects, it is acceptable.
(3) According to Prospectus, subscription eligibility is a bit tough, imo, as 1 to 4 shares held with free attached options at a ratio of 1 to 2 new subscribed shares.
(4) And, not like previous raising, its size is the biggest one from shareholders with a tone of confidence, from my feeling.
(5) It looks company has started drillings on or before 10th of this month. So, it is not definitely unreasonable doubt that there might be a positive
field outcomes.

I am contemplating how many new shares to subscribe. If any substantial good news, many holders will rush to do so.
