1.2 million is plenty IMO to get to where we need to be. I'm not going to say too much but i believe all at BGS knew how much money they'd be raising from this CR given their engagement with the average shareholder, The less shares subscribed for the less dilution, it all balances out once a deal comes through, This CR was an additional carrot to ECP and affiliates and provided enough from them alone to get to where we need to be.
