Its not great but not as bad either. I think it shows confidence by PYC's larges shareholder.
Although by now (unlike common folks here), they have had the opportunity to stay in control and average cost basis down. Which means they may begin a sell-down and keep the sp down.
But I think anyone who buys in significantly into a spec Bio is a show of confidence in the science and management's strategy. Like to think they have the management on a tight leash!!
