Neat way of raising cash without share dilution in the short term.

If share price gets to 5 cents before 30th June next year then there'll be major dilution. If the share price doesn't get to 5 cents by 30th June next year there'll be no dilution and another batch of fed up investors.

This Company has been promising for too long and used up too much of my cash, therefore I'm not buying. I've no doubt this is a company that is well run with good intentions but without a significant development its share price is 90% below my initial investment and that hurts!
