Either way, another tick with the rights issue being over subscribed.
They will probably scale the Shortfall back pro-rata, otherwise why bother with the Top-Up Facility - just messing existing holders around if you renege.
A corner stone investor would most likely gain entry to the registry through an additional share issue, much like RYG.
Hopefully in a few weeks at a higher price with an associated escrow!
