the management was too late too slow to do the cr when people anticipated it some months earlier, they had to do so when the sp drop to the bottom so with the very poor results. Anyway, the 5m + is fully underwritten so they will be fully funded and be able to start the drilling. hope the Rooky management learn their lesson and be able to proactive rather than passive to the situations.
