Go to investor.automic.com.au and login in your account (need personal share account HIN etc. details)-> find the electronic form/file for the loyalty option offer (should already be there if you are entitled to the offer) -> find in the form either BPay details (BSB and Ref number) or direct EFT bank transfer details and pay the amount showed on the form (the payment amount and the BPay/EFT reference number are unique to everyone, so once you've paid the amount they will know straight forward how many options you want to take -partial or full and you don't need to fill the form or send it back to them).
