    Paperwork despatched on the 25th July so won't see a lot of mailboxes knowing Australia Post until the 31st July or even the 01st August and the offer closing on the 5th of August so its a "blink and you miss it" offer, if you no life and like waiting around the mailbox at home.

    Its a great deal for someone who wants the option to get in without disturbing the share price too much. At least its not a humongous dilution so give them credit for that.
