You should email the company as you are a shareholder and part owner of the company. You be entitled to know what is going on. As the announcement they made didn't provide much clarity.
Generally that means they are up to something that would be unpopular with shareholders or they just don't know themselves what to do....
That's why everyone should each contact the company to make sure they do what is fair.
