I wouldn't necessarily say that Bee. But what I would say is that we need to ' Divorce ' our thinking somewhat in constantly referring to them as ' Option's ' , and rather embrace the concept that they are really ' Pre Paid ' installment shares with the second installment due in 3 years time.
Soon as we do that , the sooner we see the probability of the ' Gap ' or discount between the two close in. So lets assume the first order again which hits the sell side is that 600,000 at 4.0 cents . In that scenario most likely nothing will happen with the CROO's right ...?
Except perhaps the heads will rally substantially through 4.0 .....and the BID on the CROO's will come over the top at 1.8 - 2.0 cents.
So heads then go through 5.0 to test new highs - will the ' Pre Paids ' then remain discounted at 2.2 - 2.3 cents ? The fact of the matter is that we haven't seen the ' Pre - Entitlement ' volumes being revisited as I had previously mentioned. Is it then fair to say that these volumes will now ' Stick ' in the hands of the holders who absorbed them ?
Who really knows what is going to happen - but thing is for sure , and that is that the Market truly has a mind of it's own.....and nothing on these forums including what I have said is going to change how it works. A good example would be ALL the comments on this forum associated with the positive expectations of the ' Entitlements Options Offer ' being completely filled at multiple times , and yet still resulted in it actually falling short by 31 %. On the other hand perhaps the handful of posters on this forum really does represent the ' Few ' who ended up bringing it home in being ' substantially over subscribed '.

Believe that the Forum is a small ' Sample ' of the Market which can be then be interpreted as a guide to future performance , then I would say the consensus is that the Market wants some further ' proof of concept ' in the forecast numbers put out by Management.
From here then , my opinion would clearly be that a fair bit of the momentum and demand for Shares and Installment Shares will have to come down to the ' Market Psychology ' and expectations which is underpinned more importantly by the
' Beliefs ' and '
Convictions ' of the Growth Numbers.
So it's simple really - in that the more the Market
' Believes ' in the potential of CRO verses the growth it has already come to see , realize , and enjoy in BOTH it's peers and the B2B / BNPL segments of the market , the more the Market will BID and chase the securities in Cirralto up the Market Capitalization valuation curve.
It really does come down to just that single explanation. And it is possible to do this with or without news - Will just come down to Investor's confidence as well as the Markets. Imagine what and how the Market would react if it could say right now ........ ' unequivocally ' , and with absolute certainty that Investor's who don't embrace the potential we're definitely going to miss out on a future valuation share price curve and absolute valuation which would mirror exactly that of any of its Peers in in Z1P , SPT , SZL ......or even an APT over the last 3 years.
The reality is that we've seen it all before ......and in fact seen it not just once , but ' Multiple ' times. So I ask again ......what if the Market already knew this. What then would we see in the trading of CRO and CROO come Monday or Tuesday next week........
