Hmmm, basically no information on the outlook for the business, so how one is supposed to make an investment decision is an interesting thought. We could always take it on faith that they'll deliver....?
Also interesting to see the underwriter get 5% ($300,000+) for the privilege. Seems Hoskins may be an astute businessman as it seems PYC keeps getting 'interesting deals' (not that they have much choice). Perhaps having an astute business person gaining effective control may not be a bad thing...?
Finally, directors are not taking up their full entitlements. What do you all make of that?
