Interesting the first listed item & at top of expected expenditure with funds raised goes to salaries over the next two years ?
Why would you make such a large & dilutive move for capital here and at all time lows if you saw significant developments anytime in the near future that would lead to a higher share price and hence a less dilutive point to raise this much cash to bank ?
