Surely it must be all about giving potenial partners the confidence to commit to a deal. With current financial situation that has existed for last 6 months who would sign a deal that could last 2 years- especially when the business model seems to allow 600k payments every year fo any given deal.
By the same token if they get this finance ovr the line and then there are no new deals of significance over the next6-9 months we ar absolutely and definately wasting our time and money here. If finance isapproved thare can be no further excuse for failure to sign deals.
