CNNC are a Chinese state electricity company and are the ones that have pushed Paladin into this position so they clearly wish to take control. Can't see any possible link to DYL and the mine. the DYL resource is calcrete type which is similar to that of Langer Heindrich as opposed to a hard rock type, so that is what they are telling you, makes sense to compare a new deposit type to a known, close, sizeable and working mine.
