Long time forum participants might recall that I talked about an elephant in the room some time ago and now TC63 mentions it.

It is now the eve of crunch time for this business. We need to think ahead about what we do to have the running of GGP thoroughly investigated should we as shareholders be left in a bad bad situation.

I think this taken from the directors institute website, might be something to also think about:

"How minutes are taken can either help directors or possibly create risks. As official company records, courts place weight on the contents of minutes. Minutes are increasingly being used in court to prove or disprove that directors have fulfilled their fiduciary duties."
