I agree with your last couple of paragraphs.

ATM it is a circus and business needs to be done quickly and commonsense prevails to retaining these leases among other things.

Get the monkey off the back and move forward in a positive manner that everyone is happy with. It will take an extrordinay feat to get this over the line without a loss of leases or SHER hard earned completely.

They may be smart and savvy as you say, but responsility and accountablity to SHERs of any company plays a bigger part. Performance is the key factor.

The board is well aware of the situation at hand and surely must be working on something to turn this crisis around. Trouble is we dont know what they do and what they are working on to save this and save face to the market if the leases are lost. Pity we cant be kept in the loop a bit more of plans in action.
