I first entered this stock as a pure DT and ST trade. After a coupla trades and further analysis (DD) I decided to turn my last trade into a ST/LT.

So my DD, was it good yes (at the time) was it good now that I know more; the short answer is a fail.

So to me the real issue is the lease and legal holds. This to me is where I fell down, though I do/did not have access to the contracts.

GGP's DD on the lease/s is a fail.
Techinal issues with wells is all the game.

I am not putting any more money into this till I am sure about what GGP actually can and will own.
