Nothing in the pre amble that makes it look great. I guess they couldnt really say they needed the cash to enable signing of a major collaboration though, so who the heck knows. 10 mil is a lot of noney if they dont have something game changing.
Gotta love the way they refer to the genentech deal as 142 million dollar deal. Reality is it was a 500k deal with pretty much nothing since then. Smoke and mirrors. If it was truly a 140 mil deal whats this all about???????????
