Ok. So Patos won't get the shares and instead Hocking will and then dish some out to other holders.
The facts remain:
- N0 near-term milestones (still talking in terms of 2-3 year timelines)
- No opportunistic CR on last rally, clearly because it didn't suit Hocking to pay a higher price.
- OAs are dead in the water now, again because major holders wouldn't have wanted to pay 9c, knowing the timelines of the company.
The optimistic view would be that if your average is say 2c as of now and you participate in the placement then you only need 1.5c to BE and be on your way.
Other than that, is there any point trying to put lipstick on a pig!? There's a heck of a lot of bio stocks out there with much shorter lead times and less shares on issue.
