I wouldn't pay any attention whatsoever to lead times or inflection points - this company has been listed for 10 years and still hasn't seen anything pre-clinical. Almost (well actually almost could really be almost removed from the start of the sentence) every inflection point or forecast lead time has lead to a non event or whatever "exciting" development being touted as ground breaking world first is replaced with something new even more ground breaking and next universe. The only thing that has been consistent is the lower share price and greater dilution with each and every move for more funding. Lifestyle company ?
