lol I understand Paula and Chris's background but who was controlling these budgets prior? Paula is certainly new and would have nothing to do with it. Chris Catlow is a NED so I dare say he wouldn't have to much input into it. AJ well he is in the UK and is another NED so how about Paige Exley? She is the current CFO so perhaps she should go as well. early, have you ran a business mate? you are basically saying that you agree with their salaries and the position of the company right now. Successful exploration comes down to shareholders paying for it, there is no revenue streams mate nothing, nadda, zip, zilch yet the board seems to run the company as if we are a multibillion dollar one. Yes the company is relatively small, actually as a listed company it is very small, there are a lot of private listed companies out there worth more. Do you think if this was BB's own personal company he would have it in such a poor state? Actually don't answer that because he thinks this is his company so I just answered my own question! Everybody has an expiration date mate, sometimes it goes further but I really think the time has come for a fresh new board. Brad has worked hard and overseen the company to this stage but its time for someone to take the helm that knows business, markets, sales, mine build etc etc. Ok, all these trips he has done overseas to battery companies etc, where are the closed deals, he cant close a deal obviously. he has the product so why no signed deals? The road shows? He cant raise the money from institutions? What happened to the dual listing that the wolves so drastically want and don't forget these guys hold around 40% of the company, oh no, Brad don't want it so it don't happen, that's right he doesn't want it so he don't give a toss about his supporting shareholders over there that are rock solid behind the company, the number 1 shareholder who put the company where it is being the institutional rock behind it. @Pauldola post at the time where Brad did the wink wink nudge nudge yeah we only got to hit a deposit and the deal is done. I actually am starting to think the man is full of BS. I have supported him and the company for 2 years and am still supporting the company but just believe the time has come to move him. This rubbish of shareholders having a direct line to him so he can tell you how good he is and portray oh I am working so hard what more can I do feel sorry for me attitude whilst the share price in heading south and every major broker you speak to across the country just laughs when you mention him. It starts at the top mate, if you don't have a respected leader that people believe in you are never going to go anywhere. As shareholders we all need to come together and think about our investments. The days of blaming SYR and shorters and downrampers is over. investors have spoken with there feet and walked hence the current SP. Lets get this turned around some how and move it forward.
