Interesting the spell out the dilution if you don't take up the offer. Never seen that before, seems like they are pleading for holders to take up the offer. Trying to really sell it to the uninitiated. As I've said previously it's a false economy. To have to add more funds to retain the same percentage is dilution, but that's just my opinion. Good luck!
